If you have any questions or concerns about your purchase then please contact me, I will work with you to meet your needs or refund/exchange your purchase.
Please contact me before returning an item. I would also appreciate a tracking number for your return so I may look out for it.


Refunds are made after items are returned unworn and in new condition as they were when they were  mailed to you. Please use original packaging and provide tracking information.

I will accept RETURNS and EXCHANGES within 7 DAYS of the receipt of your purchase unless another agreement is made between us. Please do not try to return a worn item.
All shipping costs to be covered by the purchaser.

IMPORTANT PLEASE NOTE:
FOR RETURNS, due to the amount of time and care that goes into every handmade item we charge a RESTOCK FEE of 20% of the purchase price. We thank you for your understanding.

CUSTOM ITEMS must be PREPAID and are NON REFUNDABLE.

As work may well begin on your purchase immediately, CANCELLATIONS are only accepted within 24 hours after purchase.

SALE items are generally marked down between 20 and 50%  They are all FINAL SALE and are therefore non-refundable.
